This is the very first project of on such a large scale that the Baltic States will be implementing together.
The agreement was signed by the heads of the companies Rail Baltica Statyba (Lithuania), Eiropas Dzelzcela Linijas (Latvia) and Rail Baltic Estonia (Estonia).
Baltic transport ministers also attended the signing ceremony.
